Exchange and Refund Policy
Zaaviay Return, Refund & Product Policy
By placing an order with Zaaviay, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Final Sale Policy
All products sold by Zaaviay are final sale. Zaaviay does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances except where the item received is:
- Damaged, or
- Different from the item ordered
In such cases, the matter will be reviewed and store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Zaaviay.
Under no circumstances will cash refunds be issued.
2. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Zaaviay must be notified within 12 hours of delivery.
The complaint must be submitted in writing and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of packaging and courier label
- A brief description of the issue
Claims reported after 12 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Return Conditions
If a claim is approved, the item must be returned:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- With all original packaging
- With all labels and price tags attached
- In the same condition in which it was delivered
Zaaviay reserves the right to reject store credit if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing tags.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale or discounted items
- Made-to-order items
- Customized or altered items
- Orders where size was selected by the customer
- Promotional or limited campaign items
All such purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. Customized & Made-to-Order Orders
Customized and made-to-order items are produced based on measurements and specifications provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements are accurate and ideally taken by an experienced tailor.
Zaaviay will not be responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or disputed.
6. Store Credit Policy
If a claim is approved, store credit may be issued.
Store credit:
- Is issued only after the item is returned and inspected
- Is valid for 365 days from the date of issue
- Cannot be converted to cash
- Cannot be transferred to another customer
Store credit may only be used for purchases on Zaaviay’s official sales channels.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling become the responsibility of the courier service provider.
Zaaviay is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Proof of delivery provided by the courier will be considered valid confirmation of delivery.
8. Product Representation Disclaimer
Zaaviay strives to ensure that all product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Lighting used during product photography
- Screen display differences across mobile phones, tablets, and computers
- Natural variations in fabrics, dyes, or handcrafted embellishments
Such variations do not qualify as product defects.
Zaaviay also reserves the right to make adjustments to embellishments or detailing while maintaining the overall design and quality of the product.
9. Fraud Prevention & Payment Disputes
Zaaviay reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict accounts if fraudulent activity, abuse of policies, or misuse of payment dispute processes is suspected.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Zaaviay reserves the right to submit order confirmations, delivery proof, communication records, and policy acceptance logs to the relevant bank or payment processor as evidence.
Customers initiating fraudulent disputes after receiving products may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
10. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Zaaviay, the customer confirms that they:
- Have read and accepted this policy
- Understand that all purchases are final
- Agree that refunds are not offered
- Accept store credit only in approved cases
