Exchange and Refund Policy
By placing an order with Zaaviay, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
• All sales are final. No refund, cancellation, return, or exchange will be accepted except where Zaaviay, at its sole discretion, confirms that an incorrect item was delivered.
• Minor variations in color, embroidery, stitching, fabric texture, handmade detailing, sizing, or screen/display appearance are not considered defects or grounds for refund, exchange, dispute, or chargeback.
• Any claim regarding an incorrect item must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with a complete unedited unboxing video recorded before opening the parcel, clearly showing the shipping label, sealed packaging, and item condition. Claims without sufficient proof will not be accepted.
• Customized, stitched, made-to-order, sale, and discounted items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, measurements, and size information before placing an order, and for providing accurate shipping and contact details at checkout.
• Customers acknowledge and agree that Zaaviay may ship orders to the billing address, shipping address, or any verified address/contact details provided or associated with the order for fraud prevention and verification purposes. Delivery to any customer-provided or customer-associated verified address shall constitute valid fulfillment of the order and shall not qualify for refund, replacement, dispute, or chargeback.
• Refusal to accept delivery, failure to receive the parcel, incorrect address information, or courier delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund once the order has been dispatched.
• Once an order is handed over to the courier, Zaaviay is not liable for courier delays, damages, or lost parcels until officially confirmed by the courier company after investigation.
• Zaaviay reserves the right to reject any claim or dispute that appears fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, altered, or inconsistent with dispatch records, quality-control records, parcel weight records, tracking information, or delivery confirmation.
• Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. Zaaviay reserves the right to submit customer acceptance of this policy, order details, communication records, dispatch evidence, quality-control photos/videos, parcel weight records, tracking updates, and delivery confirmation as evidence in any payment dispute or chargeback process.
