Exchange and Refund Policy
Any product purchased from ZAAVIAY can be exchanged or returned under following circumstances:
Refund is only allowed in cases where the product is found to be damaged or product received is different from order. Zaaviay should be intimated in writing of damage within 12 hours after receiving the product. It is mandatory that the damaged item is returned back to Zaaviay with original packing, labels and price tags. Refund will only be processed once Zaaviay has received the product and analyzed the cause of damage. Refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping cost are non-refundable unless product is faulty or different from order. The refund process may take two to three weeks. Once the order is processed it cannot be cancelled/refunded unless incase of damaged or different product received at dispatch as mentioned above.
Please note, refunds if any will be net of bank charges. Zaaviay will not bear any charges applied by the bank on credit card transactions including, refund charges and exchange rate differential if any applied by the bank. Zaaviay will be pleased to provide any documentary evidence if required by the customer.

Kindly select the right size, when placing your order. The customer service representative is always there to help at +92 300 2027283 to help you with sizes. Zaaviay does not have a policy of exchanging the size upon wrong size order, however on our complete discretion, Zaaviay may accommodate it's customers and exchange the size as per the exchange policy but shipping charges will be applied.
Request for exchange should be made within 12 hours of receiving the article by courier. If the article is not used, all tags are intact and you have original invoice with you, then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.

You may cancel your order before the order is under process. As soon as the product has been shipped, our refund and exchange policy will be applicable. Zaaviay has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
Zaaviay endeavors to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible, however, lighting at the time of photography and mobile phone, tablet, desktop and any other device being used to view our website may cause minor variations between product images on the website and the actual product. Zaaviay retains the right to make minor changes in embellishments as and when required.
